Without the activities of this department, no one can be employed or perform any other activities at the Faculty. They take care of:
•   relevant contracts of full and visiting professors,
•   habilitation procedures,
•   employee promotions,
•   accompanying activities related to the operation of faculty bodies, such as the Senate and its Commissions, the Academic Councils, the Student Council, the Management Board.

The Human Resources and General Affairs Department also includes:
• unit for technical - maintenance works,
• filing.
