DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMY AND GENERAL AFFAIRS

The Department of Management and General Affairs ensures the smooth operation of the faculty's support activities and provides effective support for professional and pedagogical processes. It operates within three departments:

• The Procurement and Public Procurement Department provides professional and administrative assistance in all procurement and public procurement procedures, thereby enabling legal, transparent and efficient use of funds.
• The General Affairs Department performs secretarial and administrative work for individual departments and ensures the smooth operation of various organizational units of the faculty.
• The Technical and Maintenance Department is responsible for the maintenance and technical support of the faculty's infrastructure and ensures a well-organized and safe working environment.
• The department contributes to the quality of the faculty's operations and support for its key activities with a comprehensive approach.
